Free Magic Trick - Cut To The Aces

After shuffling the cards, you have your spectator cut the pack into four equal piles. Instruct him to pick up a pile of cards, cut three cards to the bottom and to deal three cards to the remaining piles. This is repeated for the other three piles of cards.

When the top cards of all four piles are turned over, they are the four Aces!

Very easy and a great way to show off your skill, even when none is needed!

Secret of this FREE Magic Trick :

You need a pack of cards with the four aces on top of the pack.

With the Aces already on the top of the pack, shuffle the cards so that you retain the top six or so cards.If you don't know how to shuffle without retaining the aces on top then just have the aces on top. Future lessons here will teach you to false shuffle the cards.

Have your spectator cut the pack into four equal piles. Note which pile contains the top cards.(i.e Keep note where the aces go) We'll assume, for this example, that the cards are cut into these four piles with Pile "4" having the top cards (the Aces):

Tell him now to pick up Pile #1 and to take three cards from its top and place them on the bottom. Then, he should deal one card onto the remaining three piles.

Have him repeat this for the next three piles, 2, 3 and 4. What happens is that when he picks up Pile #4 and removes the top three cards and puts them under that pile, the top four cards are now the four Aces. Then, when he places that pile's top three cards onto Piles 1, 2 and 3, each pile now has an Ace on the top!

Now, you must STOP and review what has happened. This is done to break his attention and to strengthen the effect. You tell him that you shuffled the pack (if you did), and that he cut the cards and moved them around.

Then, tell him to turn over the top card of each pack and watch his face. He won't want to play cards with you!!
